Delivery and Returns

The BAKO Ltd. team want you to be happy with your products. Our customer care team are here to help with unsuitable or faulty goods. Unsuitable goods

Customers may return any item within 14 days of purchase, please notify us within 48hrs of receipt. Before returning your goods by carrier/mail please advise us by email to sales@bakose.co.uk. Goods must be in the following condition to be eligible for refund.

  • Packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Product is unused
  • Product is undamaged
  • Products are in a saleable condition

If we receive you’re returned goods in a saleable condition we will refund you the product price you paid, less any delivery charges. The returning goods remain your property until we have received it, for that reason we would highly recommend that you use recorded delivery or carrier for returns.

Please be aware our minimum order for delivery is £150. If you received free delivery, this is because your order was over £150. Please note that if you return an item for refund and this brings your order total below £150 then the original delivery charge will be payable.

We will deduct the cost of delivery from the value of the refund so in some cases this may mean that it may not seem worth returning an item when you include postal costs, so please speak to our customer service team first so that we can help.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product we will replace it, refund the cost of the goods or issue a credit note. You must notify BAKO South Eastern of any defect within 48 hours of the date it is delivered to you.

You have 14 days to return the goods. Before returning your goods please advise us by email to sales@bakose.co.uk explaining the fault. Please provide images and as much information as possible. If we agree that the goods are faulty we will organise a collection of the goods free of charge. There will be no delivery charge on replacement goods.

Chilled or Frozen Goods

Please note that chilled and frozen goods cannot be returned to BAKO South Eastern once the goods have been stored at a customer’s premises. We cannot bring temperature controlled goods back in to the business once they have been stored externally.

Please be aware, our minimum order value for Chilled & Frozen lines is £350 when placing orders via the web. Web orders under £350 on these lines will not be accepted.
