Ingredients
1000g Red Velvet Cake Mix
210g Water
340g Egg
280g Veg Oil
Redcurrants & Cranberries
Cream Cheese or Vanilla Rainbow Frosting
Method
Place cake mix into mixer, add egg. Water & oil & mix for 1 minute on 1st speed.
Scrape down & mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed. Followed by by 1 minute on 1st speed.
Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases & bake at 185c (370f) for 25 minutes. Once
cool, finish with cram cheese or vanilla Rainbow frosting & berries.
