Roma Cold Classic

400g Roma Cold Classic (1 part)
1kg Cold Water (2.5 - 3 parts)


Method

Add Roma Cold Classic to water and whisk
for 1 minute on 1st speed
Whisk 3/4 minute on 3rd speed
It’s ready to use!

Chocolate, Peach and Brandy Tart

Soak plain or chocolate sponge with peach jelly made with a
generous portion of brandy. When set, top with sliced peaches
and cover with Roma Cold flavoured with dark chocolate melted
and added to Roma Cold whilst whisking. Top with whipped
cream and decorate.

Tia Maria & Coffee Pie

Soak a plain sponge mixed with broken macaroon biscuits in Tia
Maria and top with Roma Cold flavoured with coffee colouring.
Top with whipped cream and decorate.

Raspberry Trifle

Soak a plain sponge with raspberry jelly and top with Roma Cold.
Add raspberries on top. Top with whipped cream and decorate.

Custard Tart

Blind bake small pastry cases and when cold pipe in (using a star
tube) a pyramid of Roma Cold. Dust with cocoa powder or icing
sugar.
