Shortbread Snowflakes

Ingredients

1000g Macphie Shortbread Mix
360g Softened Butter
5th Avenue White Icing

Method

Place shortbread mix & softened butter into a mixer & mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is
formed. Pin out dough to approx. 10mm thick & cust shapes using a snowflake cutter. Bake at 150c
(300f) for 40-45 minutes until pale golden (baking time will depend on thickness of shortbread,
adjust accordingly). Once cool, heat 5th Avenue white icing & decorate.
